Dr. Dirk Kutscher is leading the Network Management Group at NEC Laboratories Europe, in Heidelberg Germany. He received his doctoral
degree from Universitat Bremen in 2003, while working for the Center
for Computing Technologies (Technologiezentrum Informatik, TZI). His current main research area is Information-Centric Networking (ICN). He is leading the "Network of Information" work in the SAIL EU-FP7 project and is co-chairing the IRTF Research Group on Information-Centric Networking (ICNRG).
